When all the bills are received in January, many a head of a household moans, and considers cancelling their subscription to a publication. Printplus VERLAG has a useful function to ensure that subscriptions to your newspapers and magazines do not end up on the cancellation list so easily.

When entering the advertisements, the software suggests the "next possible" date. When the cut-off time is reached, a warning message appears.

An additional benefit is that you can use the date field to monitor the dates required. The date field can be printed on documents such as order confirmations, offers or similar, and of course you can set up a quick info for monitoring. In this way, you achieve a high degree of security, as all orders for which the print documents for the next publication are still missing can be displayed via the quick info.

You determine the coupling of standard rates to alternative offers. If the customer pays the alternative invoice, you can have the subscription adapted accordingly. You can just as easily send an alternative invoice as a one-off action and then switch back to the standard.

The software calculates the new rates and enters them as a suggestion in the two columns "New price NA" and "New price GA". You can now manually adapt each individual price, if desired.

The address can be dynamically exchanged with the invoice address via a function. The original invoice address is "pushed aside", so to speak, and remains as "Invoice made out to".
