Printplus – fit for QR invoices

In Switzerland, payment systems are being harmonised. The QR invoice will make it easier for you to issue and pay invoices from 30 June 2020. The new invoice type contains all payment information in the QR code and can be easily read digitally. Thanks to the IBAN format, the QR code can be used throughout Europe. Let your customers benefit from the advantages of the new payment slip. From Printplus DRUCK version 2020 onwards, you can create new QR invoices just as easily as any other invoice. The QR code output was also implemented in Printplus VERLAG and Printplus Druck.X.

To step into the future, all you need to do is install the new version and enter your bank details. A customised Word template is automatically installed for the output, which you may have to adapt to your layout specifications. Or even easier! – let us implement the template for you.
